Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 Days before the scheduled delivery date.

2. Cancellation Process:

We will review your cancellation request and, if it falls within the cancellation period, process a refund.

5. No-Show Policy:

We will always try our best to complete every delivery on time. If no one is home, our elves will leave the order in a safe place and you will be able to see a photo of delivery via your tracking email. If we are unable to locate the address, or get access, we will always try to reach the sender by phone to try and accomodate delivery as best we can.

6. Refund Amount:

Refund amounts may vary based on the timing of your cancellation and any associated costs incurred by Santa Delivers.

7. Order Modifications:

We may allow order modifications, such as changes to the delivery date or address, within a certain timeframe before the scheduled delivery date. Please contact our customer support for details on order modifications.
